He has presented papers at national symposiums, conferences, and colleges including the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Construction Specifications Institute, the Building Envelope Symposium, the Roof Consultants Institute at Factory Mutual, Roof Consultants Institute National Conventions, Miami Dade and the Federal Construction Committee in Washington, DC. Mr. Cook has also presented dozens of papers at local and regional meetings and conferences related to roofing, waterproofing and the building envelope in the construction industry
