Office Manager/Partner of The Building Envelope Enclosure Group (The BEE Group). Manage fast paced consulting firm averaging approximately 130 projects per year.  Provide support to Project Managers with written reports.  Offer Project Managers support with initial review and processing of Pay Applications and Change Orders as well as creation of Change Orders (AIA and OSE documents).  Assist Project Managers with preparation of fee proposals.  Also assist Project Coordinator with general Construction Administration assistance for Pre-Construction Conference Minutes, Field Observation Reports, and Minutes.  Assist Specifications Manager with Specifications, Addenda, Cost Estimates, and Submittal comments.  Prepare invoices as well as Accounts Receivable follow up.   Knowledgeable of OSE project requirements and an experienced user of AIA Contract Documents Software, Deltek Vision Software, and QuickBooks Online software.
