Amanda J. Matlock, CCS, CDT

Amanda has been in the building envelope enclosure industry since 2003. Prior to joining BEE in 2019, Amanda worked for ADC Engineering, Inc. Amanda received an Associate’s Degree in Business from Trident Technical College. Outside of BEE, Amanda is a landscape photographer.

Amanda’s primary responsibilities include:

• Prepare construction specifications for award-winning Building Envelope   projects.
• Maintain office master guide specifications.  Generate new specifications   from product research.
• Develop, coordinate and manage procurement requirements, contract   requirements and Division 01, General Requirements for various agencies.
• Coordinate architectural/consultant/engineering specifications when needed.
• Strong knowledge of OSE requirements. 
• Provide support for proposals, cost estimates, addenda, bid tabulations,   contracts, submittals, RFI’s, field observation reports, change orders, pay applications and close-out documents.
• Process submittals. 
• Receive, review and process close-out documents. 
• Experienced user of AIA Contract Documents Software, MasterSpec, and SpecsIntact.
